Join us at Bread & Butter Farm for a joyful, stomping, community barn dance!
On Friday April 14th we will host the first official public event in our newly refurbished barn! Come help us kick off the first of many special events to come. There will be food available for purchase!
When to come:
Doors open at 6; dancing starts at 7. (If you dance up an appetite, hearty rustic fare will be on sale.)
What to wear:
The barn is not heated but things will get cozy fast! Wear comfortable shoes and get ready for some stomping!
Music & dance:
Lausanne Allen, professional caller of many traditional barn dance styles (contra, line, square), will call our event with live musicians. (Read more about her here and here.) There is no prior barn dance experience necessary; Lausanne will coach us through!
Music and dancing will start at 7:00 p.m.
This is a family-friendly event! All ages and abilities are welcome.
