  • Bread & Butter Farm 200 Leduc Farm Road Shelburne, VT, 05482 United States (map)

Have you ever been curious about what in your own backyard or alongside your favorite walking trail might be edible and delicious!?!? Have you ever wondered how you can amplify the flavor profile of all of your soups, stews and meat dishes with locally sourced wild foods? How to identify ramps, wild medicinal herbs an edible flowers? Or are you simply interested in knowing how to be a more responsible and successful forager?

If you answered yes to any of the above, then we're here to show you how to make it happen!! Join Mike (Owner of Blank Page Cafe) located right here in the farm store of Bread and Butter Farm for a how-to, DIY journey to discover what you've been missing in your kitchen and on your table during this extra special time of the year when nature provides so many hidden and not so hidden edible treasures!

You'll take home and 8 oz container of wild ramp or wild nettle pesto that we'll make during the class along with recipes, nutrition info, foraging tips and tricks and most importantly, the confidence to head into your own backyard and find some tasty treats to bring into your kitchen!

This class is designed for a beginner or anyone curious to perhaps learn a bit more about entry level foraging.
