Our workshops are two hours long and cover the full process of growing gourmet mushrooms. We go over:
The basics of mushroom biology (how fungi actually grow)
Different cultivation methods (home-scale to small farm production)
Substrates and spawn
Incubation and fruiting conditions
Troubleshooting common issues
How to scale up for market or home production
Each participant receives a mushroom grow bag to take home so they can start growing right away.
