Or are you simply interested in knowing how to be a more confident and adventurous Tomato master!?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then we're here to show you how to make it happen!! Join Mike (Owner of Blank Page Cafe) right here in the farm store of Bread and Butter Farm for a how-to, DIY journey to discover what you've been missing from your tomatoe repetoire!
You'll take home a fresh pint of sauce that we'll make during the class along with recipes, nutrition info, tomato tips and tricks and most importantly, the confidence to head into your own backyard, grab the day's harvest and have an awesomely delicious tomato salad ready for you and your family in minutes.
This class is designed for a beginner or anyone curious to perhaps learn a bit more about grilling

When: Tuesday August 9th 3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Where: Outside the Blank Page Cafe Kitchen located at Bread and Butter Farm Store
What to Prepare: Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn and taste! Please consider the weather when deciding what to wear, especially your footwear. We'll be spending at least half the class outdoors so please dress appropriately.
Class Size: Maximum of 4 people, minimum of 2.
COVID Protocol: Due to the small nature of our kitchen space, the class will be limited to 4 people. Masks are optional indoors.
Class Format and Flow: Meet in the BPC kitchen and review logistics and class curriculum before heading outside to our designated food prep area! We'll return to the kitchen for the hands-on component of the class and to discuss tomato sauce making, tips and tricks, nutrition info and the tools you need to be a successful tomato master!
